Modify a formula to include an "If" statement

Good afternoon, I have attached a file which has a formula to pick up text, I need to add an "If" statement to separate the numbers with a value greater than zero in one column and in the other column return the numbers with a value of less than zero. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
