Using "&" function for multiple cells

    Hi

I would like to have a formula that is =a1&a2.......a100. Is there a shortcut or do I need to manually key in the whole string?

    thanks

If using a built-in formula syntax you have to type each cell reference.

If you are able/open to using a VBA function it could be much shorter.

    Hi L.Lee,

I think you are looking for the Concat() function. Specifically "=CONCAT(A1:A100)"
See an example in the attached.

Note that the CONCAT function requires Excel 2016.
