Student info (need help)

Hi,

Give this a try:

=INDEX(Sheet1!$C$2:$K$19,MATCH($A4&C$2,Sheet1!$A$2:$A$19&Sheet1!$B$2:$B$19,0),MATCH($B4,Sheet1!$C$1:$K$1,0))

It is an array formula that needs to be entered with CTRL, SHIFT & ENTER.

Also need to change: Pass/Passed to match. One or the other. The same with Fail/Failed.
Also your subjects in Sheet1, "Urd" and "Math" have an extra space at the end of each that needs to be removed.
