Pivot Table Manipulation

I have a pivot table set to tabular view that is laid out something like this:

Client Job Category Values
Client ABC Maintenance Gross Pay
Total Taxes
Work Comp
Total Invoice

When this scenario exists, there is no issue because the total invoice represents the sum for the whole client; however when I have multiple job categories like this scenario:
Client Job Category Values
Client ABC Maintenance Gross Pay
Total Taxes
Work Comp
Total Invoice
Manager Gross Pay
Total Taxes
Work Comp
Total Invoice
I cannot get a cumulative Invoice total at the bottom of the group. I've tried subtotaling, but it subtotals all of the values rather than just the invoice total. I've tried creating a new column in my data tab that sums up the total invoice as an average possibility, but when I add it as a value it adds to each category group rather than the client group... need some help here
