Corresponding values in a row

Dear Gurus, I need to pull row wise values for entries in a column which are same till some number.

1st Column has numerical values values of purchase orders, 2nd column has items for the same purchase order, 3rd column has values for this combination.

I need to know for given column 1 entries for same value corresponding values in column3.

Or can we find, for a given multiple unique values in column-1, the entries in the column-3 are all same or differ?

For Example, for value in Column-1 = 1211 (which has 9 entries) can I check if all 9 entries in Column-3 are same(ZMRO) or to through error if they are not unique.

It will be a great help.

Given in the attached excel.

I have a solution with two helper columns. See if this solve your problem
D1 is 1 and E1 is 1
Helper column D - in D2 use the following formula and copy down

Thank you very much for your reply. Can we put a check if the values of Column-3 per single value of column-1 are unique, and put #NA if not unique.

Line 1211-ZMRO (Which has 9 values) if all the 9 values in column-3 are unique or not.
