Percentage for multiple columns with rounding

So Im working on a weightlifting periodization program and want to make a convenient calculator for the different sets. What I have is two charts, one with all my maxlifts on different repetitions and then the other one which tells the intensity (percent of max).

So for example 100 kg in the first chart. The specific column in the other chart should take this amount and multiply with 0.7, round of to the nearest integer and keep the kg-prefix.

Since there will be diffrent intesity there will be diffrent percents in the second chart referring to a single column in the first chart. Is this possible without the diffrent columns in the second chart interfering with each other?

If this works, the convenience will be that I only have to change the amounts in the first charts and the 480 columns in the second chart will change the values automatically.

Im sure excel already have one formula for this, I couldnt find it tho.

Hope I was clear enough, grateful for help
