Unique Tournament Schedule

Hello,

I am trying to develop a tournament schedule with the following attributes:

• 14 teams
• 7 events (each event is a unique location)
• Each team plays each event exactly 1 time
• A team can't haven't the same opponent more than once

Can someone please help me develop a schedule that works for these parameters? Thanks! (see attached file)
