Predictive Analysis

I've been looking at this different ways for awhile and can't figure it out. Is there a way to tell if the two highlighted cells are different from what would be expected given all of the other data available? Based on trend? Thanks you!

How much of this is an Excel question and how much is a statistics question? You mention having tried several things that did not work, but you did not include those failed attempts in your spreadsheet or your description.

Assuming this is first a statistics question, it appears to be a basic "hypothesis testing" question, and I will refer you to this page as a starting point: http://stattrek.com/hypothesis-test/...?Tutorial=Stat As noted by stattrek, there are 4 basic steps to hypothesis testing:
1) state the hypotheses
2) Plan out the test (including the choice of test statistic)
3) Compute test statistic and anything else that is needed
4) interpret results.

This is where some of those failed attempts might help us help you. We could see what test plans you have tried (which test statistics you have tried) and have some idea of why they did not work. At this point I would ask if you know what analysis plan you should use or are expected to use, or if your question at this point is about step 2.
