Custom Keyboard Shortcuts

I've written several macros and stored them in my personal macro workbook for frequent use. I've mapped all of them to a custom keyboard shortcut, but for some reason, excel seems to "forget" two of the shortcuts every time relaunch excel.

The two shortcuts I have mapped are bound to these key combinations:

Ctrl+Shift+H
Ctrl+Shift+S

Any idea what the problem is?

It looks like those two are already taken up by Excel. See:
