Look ups + Dropdown menu

Hi,

I am looking to create a price list with multiple dropdown menus to populate a wholesale price. I have different model options available with a selection of several fabric grades. I would to be able to select the option in the initial dropdown and then select a fabric to populate the wholesale price. Each combination of model + fabric is a different wholesale price. I am assuming this is possible. Can anyone help?
