Changing global workbook attributes on a pre-existing workbook

    Hi

I have a macbook pro early 2011 running excel for MAC 2016. I have been given a pre-existing workbook with around 30 worksheets which allows for business planning. I wish to change the font, size, viewing zoom levels for all sheets in the workbook, but cannot see how do do this other than one by one for each worksheet.

Is there an easy way to accomplish this please?

    Many thanks

Select the first sheet, hold Shift then select the tab for the last sheet. Now with them all selected at the same time any amendments you make to one will change all.

Thanks a million BSB. Works v well, although I needed to do them in 3 x batches (one batch per screen view) as I wasn't able to keep scrolling right and select the furthermost tab with shift selected. Saved loadsa time though so thanks again

    Happy to help

For future ref you could have selected the first one, scrolled so you can see the last one THEN press Shift and select the last one. Doesn't matter when you press Shift, just that it's pressed before you select the last sheet.
