Using address in a Drop Down list

Hi,

One way without VBA and a UserForm would be to create your list of addresses each in a single cell with a line feed character to wrap each line. Alongside create a code for each company and name this code range. Then in your drop down data validation list specify the range name in the list parameter.

Pick the code and have a VLOOKUP formula in another cell to receive the address specified by the address code.

Alternatively create a pukka Userform with a drop down List Box
