Changing values in a bunch of cells all at once

So hey there, Excel Friends!!

Let me tell you what's going on. Here is a sample spreadsheet:

Here's what I wanna do. You see, our company recently fired manager Sephiroth Jones. We hired Scarlet Palmer to replace him. So I need to take Sephiroth Jones' name out of our spread sheet and replace it with Scarlet Palmer. Is there a way that I can do this without manually going through each cell and changing it? (on my actual spread sheet, there are hundreds of cells that need to be changed). Like, maybe a way that I can select all cells containing "Sephiroth Jones" and then change them all simultaneously?

Have you ever used Find & Replace?

Click CTRL-h
Enter Sephiroth Jones for "Find what"
Enter Scarlet Palmer for "Replace with"
Click Replace All
