Question about Duplicates

My query is too complicated for me that i could not solve or could not find its solution online. My problem is that i have 2 columns which have duplicates multiple times. All i want is if i change the format of one cell in the sheet its duplicates get the same format regardless of their position in the sheet. For example if i change the background of cell with value 702145 to red then all the duplicate cells of value 702145 get the red background color.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Thank you for your quick response. Should i use this code in a macro or a module, actually i am not able to runs this. Secondly what if my duplicates exist both in column A and B. So if i format one cell in A it should be change in all duplicates of A and B as well, not only B.
