Without knowing what your data looks like, it's difficult to answer the question. Please attach as sample workbook without sensitive data.
This will probably use a pivot table to get the unique list of company names and then overlay it with a named dynamic range and then use that as the source for the dropdown list in data validation and then use VLOOKUPS to get the address information.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
