Hi All,

I am struggling with the last two formulas on the attached. Shown in the red cells.

As you will see its to demonstrate to my salesmen how many phone calls they need to make each week to get customers in front of them etc.

Can anyone help me with the last two formulas, I just cant get it right.

Your logic change gets a little confusing at the end, so here's how I read it:

Each salesman needs to see 10 people per week (row 16, I'm with you that far). 35% of those people are walk-ins, leaving 6.5 that need to be appointment based. Appointment turn up rate is 70%, so they need just under 10 appointments. Call to appointment conversion is 50%, so they'll need just under 20 calls per week.

If all that sounds correct, then:

C32: =B16*(1-B22)/C18

D36: =C32/B34
