    Appointment / turn up / prospecting calculator

    Hi All,

    I am struggling with the last two formulas on the attached. Shown in the red cells.

    As you will see its to demonstrate to my salesmen how many phone calls they need to make each week to get customers in front of them etc.

    Can anyone help me with the last two formulas, I just cant get it right.
