Ordering data from rows into column

Hi everyone,

I'm new here, I'm a Masters student at King's College London and I am in need of desperate help due to my almost non-existant Excel knowledge.

As you can see from the screenshot, I have a set of data with the country of Albania in the first column, the following 6 columns are indicators which repeat themselves for every year from 1996 to 2014 (which goes out of the screenshot).

What I want to do: I want to copy the data from each year below the first 6 of columns for every year. As an example, I've done it for the year 1997 (highlighted in yellow) and pasted the data below 1996. I could this manually by copy/paste, but as my data goes from 1996 to 2014 and I have 138 countries, I cannot possibly do them all individually.

If anyone has an idea of doing this efficiently I would extremely grateful.
