Very Very Urgent Help needed For And Function or Match Function to compare the output

Hi All , Good Morning

I Need a Small help , I have a File where i have to compare users with different reports (Ideally all report should have same user) however that is not the case so i am checking every user in 4 diff report , where i have to check user in 1,2,3,4 report separately and also check if a user is present in 1,3 report and not in 2,4 , or may be 3,4 and not in 1,2 and vice versa
kindly help with the formula and suggest the formula which i have put is correct or may be any other can be used
