Style 'Percent' not found error

Your workbook, the actual spreadsheet itself, is a missing a Percent style.
You need to merge the style from a workbook that has the missing style.
I tried to attach a file with the percent style but am having problems.

Load the problematic workbook.
Load a workbook that has the percent style
Go to the problemmatic workbook.
Click Home
Click Cell Styles (Just above column M / N)
Notice near the bottom in Number Format there is no Percent style
Click Merge Styles
Select the workbook with the percent style
Click Cell Styles again
Near the bottom in Number Format now it says Percent style
Save your Workbook.
Now when you click the percent sign you don't get the error.

Repeat for other workbooks that have the problem.
