Drop down selection output a list to another tab?

I made a spreadsheet where you select a meal option from a drop down on the 1st tab. The 2nd tab contains lists of foods/meals to chose from, and the 3rd tab contains recipes/ingredient lists for the meals. Is it possible to output the ingredients (listed in the recipes on tab 3) to a 4th tab when a meal is selected on tab 1?

Thanks for any help/suggestions. I'm relatively new to tables, VLOOKUP, etc...

Yes it is possible, but there is no way we can help without seeing the structure of your data, and your proposed summaries and such.

I think a slicer and pivot tables linked to the slicer would be how I would frame the problem and solution.
