Calculate unique names and repeted names

Hi,

I want to calculate how many unique name are in a column (like a subtotal - must work with filter) and then how many similar names are in the same column (the result to be showed in the next column - must work with filter). I used some formulas but every time I change something in the worksheet it's recalculating everything and slows down the excel A LOT. I have 20 of theses columns I want to calculate.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window (or use the paperclip icon).

Personally I think a Pivot Table would be much better. See attached.
