Is sheet 1 blank or does it contain data or formatting or other formulas or you just don't like it on Sheet 2 but would rather it was on Sheet 1 or ???

I think your lack of responses is due to a rather vague request. I'm still not clear what your goal is, but here are some possible solutions:

    - To duplicate your sheet all at once: On the Sheet 2 "tab" at the bottom, RIGHT-CLICK and choose MOVE/COPY, choose where you want the sheet and then CHECK the box to CREATE A COPY. Delete any unnecessary DATA, which will leave formatting and formulas. Rename the sheet whatever you want.

    - TO COPY ONLY ALL FORMATTING AND FORMULAS - *ONLY DO THIS, IF SHEET 1 AND SHEET 2 HAVE THE SAME COLUMNS AND HEADINGS!!!!*
On Sheet 2, CTRL-A will SELECT ALL, then CTRL-C (which will COPY all). Go to Sheet 1 and put your cursor in cell A1. RIGHT CLICK and choose under the PASTE options, choose the PASTE FORMULAS. Then again in Cell A1, RIGHT CLICK and Choose under the PASTE options, choose the PASTE FORMATTING. If done correctly, only the formulas and formatting will be copied over. This will overwrite all formulas and formatting on Sheet 1, but all data on Sheet 1 will still be there.

    Hope this helps you!
