Excel 2016 Hyperlinks Won't Open

I added our Z drive to the list of trusted locations, and I deselected all file types in the file block settings section. There are some files that contain macros but not the majority, and I know that I have used VBA before in the past, but not sure where that setting is to check to see if the update changed that setting. And I can open the files manually. Thanks for your quick reply, and I look forward to any advice that you can give!

I have exactly the same problem and I can reproduce it at will in a simple way:

- I create two Excel spreadsheets in the same directory (C:\Test). No networks devices at all, just disk C:
- In one of them I create a hyperlink pointing to the other.
- No macros, no VBA, nothing. Just as simple as explained.
- When a click the hyperlink in the first spreadsheet, the status wheel starts for some seconds and... nothing happens.

My versions are W10 and Office 2016.

I'm really desperated as this is very simple thing and it works well in other 2 PCs of my own with old Office versions (2007, 2010).

Any ideas, did you resolve your problem?
