Rank Number Issue

In cells A1:A4 I have 4 numbers. I want to rank them 1st to 4th. So if the biggest number is in cell A3 then B3 would say 1 and if the 2nd biggest number was in cell A1 then B1 would say 2.

However, sometimes one or more of the numbers in the A1:A4 range can be the exact same. If that is the case I'd just wan the formula to pick a random number to rank it by and don't rank it equally (so if all 4 numbers were the same in A1:A4 then B1 might say 4, B2 would be 1, B3 would be 2 and B4 would be 3). The point is that it can't just all rank them 1 in that example.

Is that possible?
