assign to category

i have a sheet with imported bank transactions. second sheet contains categories with words like:
Food:
wallmart
store
food&health

i'd like a formula to assign category Food for every transaction with one of the words.

Can you post a SMALL sample file and show us what result you expect?

A SMALL file will have about 20 rows worth of data.

I downloaded your file but I'm totally confused!

On the Import sheet you have:

Data Range

	F
1	category
2	rozrywka
3	dzieci
4	dzieci
5	rozrywka
6	rozrywka
7	rozrywka
8	rozrywka

I am assume those are your expected results?

However, on the Words sheet you have:

Data Range

	A	B	C
1	Food	Car	Home
2	wallmart	gas station	ikea
3	food&home	parts	jysk
4	cash&carry	car wash
5		mechanic

I don't see any relationship between the expected results and the word lists.
