Is it possible to link cells at different worksheets.
Such that when the a cell-value changes on one worksheet, the other cell (on a different worksheets) changes also.
and vice versa. kind of synchronising cell-values
It would be great to have a answer.

Yes just include the sheet name as well as the cell to which you want to link
So if you want cell A1 in sheet2 to be the same as A1 in sheet1, in sheet2 A1 enter
Formula:
='Sheet1'!A1
..late edit. Just spotted the comment about vice versa.
Not quite sure what you're intending but if you then want to have a formula in sheet1 A1 that links to the the formula in sheet 2 A1 then you will have set up a circular argument which is not a good idea apart from not achieving much.
I think you may be thinking about entering a value in one cell or the other at different times and wanting the other cell to be the same value. Once you overwrite a linking formula with a value though then its gone.
If you upload your workbook and tell us how you use it. There may be a way that only uses formulae. Failing that you'll need a macro.

However, i think i need a different answer.
I would like to change the cells on different worksheets.
The content of the cell is a value (not a formula).
You'll need to upload the workbook and clearly explain what actions you want to take, which cells are involved and what results you expect.
Upload won't work.
its is quite simple.
say; Sheet1 A1 has a value 100
Sheet 2:A1 must have the same value (100)
When I change Sheet2.A1 the value on Sheet1:a1 will change and
When I change Sheet1.A1 the value on sheet2.A1 will change.
