counting percentage

Hi all it's been a while.

I am currently trying all methods I know of how, to keep a running percentage from 0% to 100% in one cell against a running total of another attached is a sample of what I have so far.

Hope someone can help.

Not sure I fully understand the need. What would your expected results be in your sample workbook?
