calculate cells in each shaded range

I searched a lot for finding the answer to my query but i didn't find it anywhere, actually i have lot of files with lot of data in each file (a sample file can be found in an attachment). in each file, there is 2 type of data, company names in first column and names of related persons to specific companies in second column (just infront of each company). companies data is separated by two color shades (white and blue), now i want to calculate no of persons for each company separately in front of it in a short time with few commands.
if anyone of you can help me, i shall be really grateful. thanks in advance.

If the cells are shaded using Conditional Formatting just use the same conditions otherwise you'll need VBA to identify the colour of cells.
