Formula Syntax Help to add another check (IF/AND)

Hi

can anyone please advise me of the syntax required to amend the formula in column ‘T’ (starting in cell ‘T4’) to check if cells A4 contains a number and not ‘N/A’ (which the formula does currently) but also check if cell ‘K4’ is empty (i.e. does not contain a date) and if so include in the formula below S4 = “No Baseline Date”

I've just realised that there are hidden columns containing formula in columns 'Q' to 'S' so I think I need to evaluate what these formulas do an re-post if required
