I have a column on a separate sheet linked to a column on another sheet. The problem is that I don't have data for every entry and when there is no data it displays a "0" on the linked sheet. Often I will need to copy the entire column to another program but would like to be able to paste it without the 0's. Is there a way to make it so no value cells show up as blank instead of a 0?
Options/Advanced - Show a 0 in cells that have a 0 value. Uncheck the option.
You can also use cell formatting to hide zeros. Select your data then Go to Format cells and use Custom and enter 0;;
