Data Sort Error

Hi all,

I have a basic report to work with which covers all employees training taken and needed. I want a quick way of sorting the report by employee no (col A) then expiry date (col g) which would be simple but the employee no is only on the first line then the training lists beneath it and there are over 500 employees its a lot of data to manually sort.

Is there a way to do this quickly? or to auto fill every row beneath the employee no until it reaches a new one?

I've attached a sample of the data as I probably haven't been very clear.

Try adding a helper column to the right of Column A and give it a header such as Emp Number. Then add

Copy this formula down and then sort Custom Sort by B and G
