Based on column numbers? As in your data spans columns not rows? If, for example, your data (I'm assuming numerical) starts in A1 and goes across columns (as in B1, C1, etc.), you can try this in A2:

Thanks. that worked. I dragged it down 40,000 rows and it worked but when I try to copy paste values it freezes excel. Is it too much to paste values over? Thank ye.
