Unable to fetch values in two columns into a single cell with comma seperator

Hello,

I have a sheet (attached) with data in column K, N and O

I want the values in N and O corresponding to the number in column K to appear in column P in one cell in the following
format: value in column O : Value in column N, etc.

I have added a sample in cell P2. The first value in column K is 24137, so all the values in O and N are populated in cell P2 in the above mentioned
format
