Make data move automatically with a "partner" cell

Hi everyone,

I have the following data table:

English Hi
French Salut
German Hallo
Italian Ciao
Spanish Hola

Is it possible to link the information in a row together so that if i move data in one column its partner will move with it?
For example, if I moved French to the Bottom of the list, I would like excel to automatically move salut next to it.
