I need to track performance in different with different key indicators. to have a data entry sheet, report sheet and graphs sheet
A. RECRUITMENT[LIST][*]Weekly [*]no of vacancies - target 5[*]Response time to vacancies - 48hrs[/INDENT][*]Monthly[*]no of candidates sent vs candidates interviewed[*]no of candidates sent vs candidates placed[*]no of candidates interviewed vs candidates places

B. SALES
[*]Weekly
[*]no of leads contacted - target 10[*]no of maintenance clients - target 100%

Monthly[LIST][*]no of leads converted to active - target 20%[*]no of queries converted to active - target 70%[*]no of maintenance clients converted to active - target 20%

C. MARKETING[*]no of candidates registered for alerts - weekly target 10 alerts[*]no of CVs processed whose source is our portal vs Career Junction - target 60% from our portal

Monthly[LIST][*]increase in no of clicks/visits on vacancy portal[*]no of queries by new clients - target 4 per month[*]increase in followers on social platforms

* linkedin- target 20%
* twitter - target 20%

Have you developed anything in Excel yet? It would be helpful if you could attach a sample of your workbook to work out a solution. Remember to remove or replace sensitive data before uploading the file.

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?
