Highlight Cells rule

Hello I’m struggling to define this ‘Highlight Cell Rule’:

· Rule 1) Cells (I5:J578) will be highlighted in red if the value is < 0,3333;
· Rule 2) Cells (I5:J578) will be highlighted in orange if value is > 0,35416;
· Rule 3) However these mentioned highlights should only occur when the corresponding row cells (C:F) are filled with the hours.

I’m able to define the simple highlight rule (e.g. red if the value is < 0,3333), but this way makes all the cells highlighted in red until its result is < or > than 0,333. What I’m trying to achieve is:
o The cell has white background, and will only be highlighted according to ‘Rule 1’ and ‘Rule 2’, but after the dates insertion in cells (C:F).
Could someone help me on this issue?
