Help using an excel based software

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but I'm trying to use this excel based software (http://www.nrcan.gc.ca/energy/software-tools/7465)

At the 1.25 mark in this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DK1GQraTTU0, when he selects the Project Type as Power, another cell pops up that allows him to select the Technology. But in my case, this Technology cell does not appear. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

I did and it still didn't work but I then saved it as a Excel Macro Enabled Workbook and it seems to work now.
However, another problem is that when I select the Analysis type as Method 2, 5 more worksheets are supposed to appear alongside the existing three. But this doesn't seem to happen for me.

Also, I cant seem to make changes to some cells (http://postimg.org/image/3ty63rxyr/ ) and I don't see an Unprotected Sheet command
