    Tournament scorekeeping, find winner by game points and scores, and/or announce 'tie'

    I've attached the file. Scores are entered on the first sheet. On the 'Matches' and 'Matches & Scores' sheets, I haven't been able to always determine if a tie or not. After many hours of frustration, I realize I'm stuck.
