combobox linked cells

I'm using active x comboboxes and when i enter a value to the linked cell the combobox does not update. Strange thing is that my co-worker's combobox is updating?
Anyone have any ideas?

Without seeing it it's hard to say why it's happening. Is your co-worker using ActiveX? ActiveX controls can cause havoc, it's best to stay away from them if possible and us Form Control instead.
