highlight a cell in a column if value is unique from another column please

Hi can anyone tell me if there is a way to highlight or expose a cell in a column (B:B sheet1) if the value it contains does not appear in another column (A:A sheet 2) please?

my two columns are actually on different sheets if this makes a difference.

You could highlight all of the cells the color you want it to show when no duplicates appear, then use Conditional Formatting to highlight duplicates and have them show up as White with Black Text.
