Quickest way to fill in information

Thanks for taking your time to look at this.

The only things I want to apply this to are:

Our alert:
Using:
Status is:
ABC status is:

Once the green cells are filled in we simply copy the info as it is from the bottom cell.

It may not seem a lot, however we need to update these a lot, and it would help me work more efficiently if I could just update the info using one click.

I've uploaded a copy of the file, as requested.
