Dear Friends,

I have a huge worksheet containing product information along with sensitive information with prices etc. I edit and save this file everyday and then make a copy, then redact all sensitive information (delete several columns which contain rates) and then sending this redacted file to bunch of people. But in the future I might forget to redact sensitive info and eventually will expose it to the recipients.

Is there a way to prevent worksheet to be sent via outlook if certain columns still exist on the file or is there a way to make a warning popup while saving data.

For example when saving it would popup a message: "SENSITIVE COLUMNS STILL EXISTS" or "SENSITIVE DATA IS DELETED AND IT IS SAFE TO SEND"

Or any other way?
