need help creating a line graph

I'm trying to create an exhibit in Excel that shows what areas we overlap with our competitors. I've sketched this out and eventually made a pretty ugly version (manually) in Excel. I'm sure there are better, cleaner ways, and really need some help here.

Would appreciate any feedback on how to execute this idea. Please see the attached sketch. The yellow highlight simply shows areas where we overlap with the competition.
