Weekday/Weekend count from table

Hi,
I get a table of data every month from a data connection that contains a list of sites and dates. I was trying to come up with a formula to count the number of weekdays and weekend day/site. I was able to calculate the total number of dates but not calculate the totals for weekend and weekdays. Trying to figure out what days contain rush hours and which ones don't. Then throw in holidays, beyond me.

I've been struggling for a few hours and am going to walk away for a while and hope for the best. Any advice will help.
