I have a second derivative plot where i need to know the x intercepts, is there a formula or a way that i can tell excel to generate values for all x intercepts in the plot?

Hi d686 and welcome to the forum,
A second derivative might still be a polynomial. If you have the equation, you could use the solver. See some examples at:

One test is worth a thousand opinions.

The graph that i have is not polynomial, it is all over the place, any other ideas to solve this problem?
Solver should still be able to solve it, unless there is something else about the problem that makes it unsuitable for Solver's algorithms. If the problem is "differentiable" (is that the term?), then it seems like it should be solvable using Solvers algorithms.
Can you describe the equation (either the original equation or the 2nd derivative)?
