Distance Matrix - copy 402 times 402 rows of data from one sheet to the other

Hello everyone,

I am trying to make a distance matrix of 402 different regions in excel.
My data is located in the first sheet and I created the matrix in the second.
Unfortunately, the data I got sent is vertically formatted, thus 402x402=161,604 cells long.

As you can imagine switching between both sheet and selecting and copy-pasting the corresponding 402 cells every time is a lot of work.
I also tried referring to the first cell of the next set of 402 regions in sheet 1 and used the "+" sign in the bottom corner of the cell, which then copied the required 402 cells.
However, I each time I need to add 402 to the next cell referring to the next set, but I need to do this about 400 times again...

Is there a way in Excel to tell it that each new column in sheet 2 needs the next set of 402 cells from sheet one?
