Create a Purchase Order using data from an Excel Spreadsheet

Hi,

I have a fairly simple Purchasing spreadsheet (Excel 2010) and what I would like to do is produce a Purchase Order that can be emailed using the data entered into the cells on the spreadsheet. I can get the information from the first line of the spreadsheet into the Purchase Order template. My problem is getting the subsequent lines of data onto the PO template. Is there a fairly simple way around this, please?

Hi Tim,
I have used the formula contained in the first example you kindly put me on to but I can't get them to work with my spreadsheet (see attached). I can get the VLOOKUP to find the vendor/supplier but I can't get it to populate the other cells on the Purchase Order Template.Can you help please?

Hi Tim,
I am really grateful for your assistance and I know us "Muggles" are a bity of a pain but we all have to learn somehow! I am not Excel savvy enough to understand what you have done and I can't follow the formulae.
There is a new column called "choise" appeared on the spreadsheet and a random number 1 in cell A4?
There are also some random numbers appeared in cells G15, G16, H17, H18 and H19 on the Purchase Order template?
There is also a formula in the date cell (F3) on the Purchase Order template?
I notice the file type is now .xlsb and I don't understand why this has changed?
