How to consolidate different sheets into one

Friends,

I am attaching two sample files "Original" & "Desired" for your reference. Original is the excel file i have which have large data in it. I need to convert it into the "Desired" file format.

Original file have different sheets in which certain sheets belongs to a particular category. Instead of going through one by one is there a quick way to consolidate all the data in the sheets which belongs to a particular category into one single sheet.?

In addition i have a separate excel file which contains the following data. Check the attached file and read below for understanding...
Column1, Column2
287, 2 series
111, 1 series
341, 3 series
144, 1 series
223, 2 series
334, 3 series

This assumes that all sheets in the workbook currently contain a series in column A beginning in cell A1.

JLGWhiz, Its not working as desired.

Let me put it this way. If i can get all the data in different sheets in one sheet, it would be fine for me.

I have an excel file which have about 132 sheets. All the column labels are same and i want all those data into one excel sheet. I did used a macro which i got through googling. But it consolidates only 32 sheets.
This was the macro

Please take a moment to read the forum rules and then amend your thread title to something descriptive of your problem - not what you think the answer might be. (think google search terms?). Once you have done this please send me a PM and I will remove this request. (Also, include a link to your thread - copy from the address bar)

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT POST then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

(note: this change is not optional )
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
