Newest ship date by vendor and item

    Good morning

I am looking to find the newest ship date based on the vendor and the item. We have the same item shipped by different vendors, but I am looking for the individual item from each vendor. I have included a sample sheet. I can do it with one variable I believe, but I think it involves index and matching.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Brent

This will work if I can reduce the list down, but My file has roughly 50,000 lines with 100+ vendors and 1,000's of items. If I can use that code in column D, it would be much easier.

You can use the same formula in Col D just change F2 to A2 and G2 to B2 and adjust ranges accordingly to your needs. But since you have duplicates so will be the results.

This worked. I just copied the data over and removed duplicates. Thank you very much for the help.
